Jig for cutting grooves with circular saw
Welcome back!!
In making drawers, cutting the groove had been always been tough job without router. Not any more, I guess.
Update 27Jan15: Missed to mention why a router cannot be used all the time. The 'under sized plywoods' vary from 16 mm to 18 mm. I had set of Freud under sized router bits for sometime but could never use them because of these irregular sizes. With this jig, I don't have to worry about a fixed thickness of 'under sized plywood'.
